Refund policy

All products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The products must be returned/claimed unused and completely untouched. So if you try on tights, you no longer have the right to return. When returning the shirt, the product must have a tag attached to it, which allows the product to be returned. The product must be returned in its original packaging, packed as it was when the product arrived to you. We don't do exchanges at all.

You can return the product via Posti. Include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

Tell Posti the customer return code (six-digit number series), which you can find on the paper shipping list that arrived with your order. Once the return reaches us, we will refund you the price of the products, from which we will deduct the return cost of €6,90.
