Make sure You have no sharp edges on Your fingers, toes, or heels. 

It is very important to wet the tights before first use. This will "woke the elastane" up, and gives the tights flexibility that they need. 

Roll tights in Your hands all the way to toe part, and start rolling gently over your legs.
