For 20den and SHEERQUEEN products, you can choose at least one size up if you want to play it safe.

For our Stay-Up socks, we recommend choosing the size that corresponds to your normal clothing size.

NOTE! The two largest sizes of tights have two back seams.

Make sure You have no sharp edges on Your fingers, toes, or heels. 

It is very important to wet the tights before first use. This will "woke the elastane" up, and gives the tights flexibility that they need. 

Roll tights in Your hands all the way to toe part, and start rolling gently over your legs.
